Who are we?

AcoStar Cleaning and Trash Concierge is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Minority and Small Business Owner. As a Senior Non-Commission Officer in the Marine Corps, I learned Leadership and strong work ethics. My strong work ethic has transitioned over to my business ethics. I learned to follow direction and lead others to follow direction. This is an important skill that many take for granted but at the same time many lack. I have learned to never expect anything out of my employees that I would not expect from myself. I have applied the methods I’ve acquired in the Marines Corps across within my business model and have experienced great success.

Our Mission – is to Understand, Determine, and Deliver the service our customers want. We are doing so by providing janitorial and trash concierge (valet trash) services to the highest degree of quality and professionalism while maintaining an elevated level of commitment.

We provide our clients a custom approach to optimize their spend and meet budgetary requirements.

Our Technology – We us technology optimization to help the bottom line. We implement the most up-to-date equipment – better technology, better outcome. We want our staff to have all the tools to make their jobs safer and more efficient.

Our front-line staff so often sees life as it really is and can provide informative insights into customer needs. Learning is the key to acquiring skills and working in a supportive environment help each employee practice and hone their skills. Our dedication to low-rates and outstanding customer service makes us a rare find among other commercial cleaning services that don’t put your best interests first. Cutting corners to reach deadlines has never been our style.

Trained and efficient staffs are equipped to meet and exceed top-notch service expectations at rates that will not exceed your budget. We do this by supplying you with color-code cleaning system; 4 different colors highlighting to employees which equipment should be used where.  Which is our first line of defense in protecting the hygiene standards of any commercial location. It can stop cross-contamination between areas of a business that shouldn’t share cleaning equipment, such as the bathrooms and the kitchen.

AcoStar Cleaning services are not only quality but also have the environment in mind. AcoStar Cleaning is HUGE on saving our motherland for generations to come so we only use green cleaning products…chemical products can be used upon customer request. We leave everything, including this planet, better than we found it.
